Cold

This was the week of COLD.  It was a weird week. Monday, the kids went back to school after Christmas Vacation. It was an early release day, just like every Monday is. Tuesday, school was canceled due to cold weather. (I've never heard of this in my life.)  The air temp was about 5, with wind chill about -12 or so. So not as cold as some places, but pretty cold for here.  It was cold enough that we blew bubbles and they froze.  School was on a two hour delay the following day (Wednesday), and we finally headed back full time for Thursday and Friday. 

In other news, Donovan finally lost another tooth, his first top one. He's almost eight but we're slow losers around here. 

Isla wanted me to straighten her hair, so she could look like Avery and Rapunzel. She looks like a different kid without that crazy hair!
